У неділю, 14 червня, у парафії святих Володимира і Ольги м. Вулвергемптон відбулося особливе, світле й радісне свято — Перша Сповідь та Урочисте Святе Причастя наших дітей.

Цей день став важливою подією не лише для самих дітей, але й для їхніх родин та всієї парафіяльної спільноти. Діти старанно готувалися до зустрічі з Христом у Святих Таїнствах: вивчали правди віри, молитви, пізнавали Божу любов, вчилися довіряти Господеві та відкривати для Нього свої серця.

Під час Божественної Літургії о. Тарас привітав дітей і побажав їм завжди залишатися з Ісусом, зростати у вірі, любові й святості. Після Літургії діти разом із батьками отримали благословення, щоб і надалі збагачуватися Божою благодаттю та милосердям.

Щиро дякуємо батькам і всім, хто долучився до підготовки дітей до цієї важливої події, а також усім парафіянам, які своєю молитвою, підтримкою та присутністю зробили це свято таким теплим, світлим і незабутнім.

First Confession and Solemn Holy Communion 2026

On Sunday, 14 June, the Parish of Saints Volodymyr and Olha in Wolverhampton celebrated a special, bright, and joyful occasion — the First Confession and Solemn Holy Communion of our children.

This day was an important event not only for the children themselves, but also for their families and the entire parish community. The children prepared diligently for their encounter with Christ in the Holy Mysteries: they studied the truths of the faith and prayers, came to know God’s love, learned to trust in the Lord, and opened their hearts to Him.

During the Divine Liturgy, Fr Taras congratulated the children and wished them always to remain close to Jesus and to grow in faith, love, and holiness. After the Liturgy, the children and their parents received a blessing so that they might continue to be enriched by God’s grace and mercy.

We sincerely thank the parents and everyone who contributed to preparing the children for this important occasion, as well as all the parishioners whose prayers, support, and presence made this celebration so warm, joyful, and unforgettable.
